If you can log on but cannot access your course(s), please call the NETg Support Line at 1-800-265-1900 and select Option 2 from the menu. Please identify yourself as an Ajilon employee and tell them that we deploy courses via SkillVantage Manager from behind our firewall. We permit both on-line and download usage.
