Ajilon Virtual University is an employee benefit available to all who meet specific eligibility criteria. Eligibility criteria varies depending upon location (e.g., country), and employee type (e.g., salaried, hourly, contracted).

Employees seeking enrollment approval must print, complete, and submit the appropriate form to their district as part of the enrollment process. Simply click on the button that describes your employment status below, print the form, sign it and fax it to your district office (United States), or as directed on the form.

The objective of the agreement is to encourage completion of curricula or courses in which you enroll. Each curricula has a specified duration period in which the learning materails should be completed. The duration period is calculated on a personal commitment to learning of less than three hours each week. Beyond the specified duration period, there are three extension opportunites. Extensions as given in 30-day increments. There is no charge for an extension. The extension policy is liberal because we understand that the demands of work and family sometimes cause things to slip. If you enroll in a single course, no extensions apply. Most courses will take between 5 and 8 hours to complete. Individual course enrollments have a duration period of four weeks.
